Tim W. Kwan graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Engineering and the University of Toronto in Business Administration.
He is the retired (2005) Founder of Sheppard Group, a Toronto based developer and builder.

Pieter Chung
Special Advisor – Construction
Pieter Chung graduated from the University of Alberta in Civil Engineering. He is a P.Eng., a member of PHC, and a long-time member of CAHP.
Pieter has over 40 years of experience in construction; spanning from heritage buildings (adaptive reuse, preservation, and restoration) to new construction of apartments for seniors and long-term care homes. Most recently, Pieter leads a team in the development of modular integrated construction, and Passive House applications in retrofitting and new construction projects.
