Arun Channan

Arun is the founder of myndwerx, a management consultancy focussed on selecting the right people for the right job in the private and public sectors by utilising psychometric tools.  He is currently the Vice Chair of the Board with The Financial Advisors Association of Canada [ADVOCIS] and sits on various committees and subsidiary Boards.

Arun just finished his 4-year term on the University of Toronto’s College of Electors who recruit and select Board Governors for Governing Council, as well as the Chancellor. He is also active with the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering raising funds. He is a Past Chair of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade, and Past Board President of Habitat for Humanity York Region. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors [ICD].

He has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro and completed the Disney Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge. Arun is also a volunteer fire fighter for the Toronto Indy.
