David Elie
David Elie is a seasoned entrepreneur, real estate professional, and community leader with over a decade of experience growing businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. As President and CEO of the Elite Class Group of Companies and co-founder of Rhyno Equity Group, David has built and scaled ventures in real estate development, construction, and private equity.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from York University and an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Seneca College. A licensed real estate broker, Tarion-approved builder, and registered Commissioner for Affidavits in Ontario, David combines regulatory acumen with entrepreneurial insight.
As the founder of the Developer Academy, he mentors real estate professionals across North America. He recently completed his term as President and Chair of the Greater Stouffville Chamber of Commerce, leading a transformational year marked by a full rebrand and revitalized member engagement.
